Though rather pleasant to look at, this complex is not all that it seems. I must say that the grounds are beautiful with waterfalls, lush surroundings and many uncommon amenities. The office staff is fairly friendly and they seem to want to help you with all of your needs however, work orders and requests in most cases seem to be overlooked or put off completely. Maintenance request don't seem to be a big concern for this complex as work orders have to be filed sometimes up to 5 times before anything is done, and when the work is done... it's on their schedule, not yours. There is also an overwhelming amount of auto thefts in this facility in fact, I myself have been a victim of this crime 3 times in less than 6 months! The issue is so extreme that my auto insurance premium was raised as soon as my insurance company processed my address change. I will not be renewing my lease when the time comes and I absolutely do not recommend Oakwood at Paradise Lakes to anyone!!
