Hoping it gets better

I just moved in a couple of days ago. (DEC 2004) I will list the issues since that would be easiest: 1. No lighting in the bedrooms or living room. The office said that I would like the ceiling fans for the summer more than lights I would need year round.
2. Found pubic hair in my bathroom when I moved in. Office did clean and credit me $50.00 but still.
3. Ceiling fan was hanging from electric wires and not fixed to the ceiling properly.
4. Weatherstripping around the front door already hanging and making door shutting difficult.
5. Sliding glass door does NOT close. I can force it closed but that opens a small gap between the door and the glass, leaving a nice draft and I am sure great increase in electric.
6. An animal odor when I entered the apartment. Smelled like cat urine and isn't going away. They steamed the carpets before I moved in, you can tell, but that didn't get everything.
Overall, this is the worst out of 5 apartments I have ever walked into. The office has fixed a couple issues and seems to try to get things doen; however, they posted a terrible first impression. The only saving grace is that living on the 2nd floor of a 2 story apartment is nice.
