I used to work and live at these apartments, and I wanted to clear a couple of things up. This place has 1222 apts. !! It's huge ! When normal size properties have there 3 or four things that happen daily/weekly/etc. multiply those incidents by 10 and that is what the staff here deals with. If any of the people that have negative reviews on this site find that "perfect place" to live , then please post it ! I keep reading about this and other complexes on this site and they ALL have the same complaints ! My parking space, my rent, crime, etc. Get over it ! If you wanted to live in peace and quiet and not hear or see any problems, THEN MOVE OUT OF THE CITY ! I would like to see half of those people own their own home and have their air conditioner go out and end up waiting 2 weeks for a company to even get out to look at it. I have done it, having since bought a home. There are alot of people at this complex and management, police and other authority figures cannot control what people may or may not do. When someone comes in to rent an apt. I am sure they are not telling you that they may deal drugs, steal a car , etc. The people still have to have to qualify ie; credit report and criminal background, you can't control whether or not they mess up after they move in things happen just as they do everywhere ! Cars are stolen, just because it's gated doesn't mean it's fool proof ! In fact police reports go by zip code, why don't you check out every zip code in the city and see that everywhere has it's s***heads ! I live in Arrowhead and paid ALOT of money for my house and have had 2 cars stolen in the last year, my husbands, then mine ! When I worked here, the maintenance staff was constantly fixing the gates that people had hit with their car, broken themselves, etc. I no longer work in the apt. industry , but have a new found respect for those that do. So before you bad mouth a place or verbally attack someone with name calling ( very juvenile BTW ) you might want to examine the other side of things ! And, again, when you find that perfectly quiet, serene, crime free, place, please post it !

I can care less how many apartments there are here. I watched in horror as this ------- was whipping through here doing atleast 40 and almost clipped a little girl on her bike as she road it on the main road through here on the side NOT in the middle of the road.. this is NOT kosher with me at all. Being that i am a mother now I am damn glad that i will not be living here when my son is up and running around like that !!!

To Apthunter80: Do you think that wherever you move there will be noone speeding around the neighborhood? What an inane comment! There are speeders in every neighborhood, in every city. That doesn't reflect on the complex, but on human kind. If you had taken that man's license plate, you could have reported him to the police, but did you? Probably not. The staff can't do anything to stop actions like this if you don't help them by reporting it! I hope you're moving to Pleasantville (you know, before they got "color"), because that's the only place where noone speeds. Too bad it's fictional. By the way, what was that little girl doing riding her bike on the road? I lived at that complex years ago, and I know there are plenty of safe places for her to ride her bike in the middle of the complex. It's called "sidewalk" and "common sense".
