The complex was full of drug using, disgusting low-life people. Too many shady characters lived there and I was even terrified to take my dog for a walk during the day! We had to call for maintenance on our balcony and the maintenance worker walked through my apartment to and from the porch with a lit cigarette! We rented the clubhouse to have a party and it was filthy beyond belief and the teenage kid working the "mail room/clubhouse" was rude and kept letting his friends come in and hand out while disrupting our party. I complained to the office and they said that they couldnt refind my money but if I wanted to book it again, it would be 1/2 off. Gee, thanks!
The front office staff wasnt that bad though - I guess that is the only thing remotely good about living there.

i agree i have only seen one rent a cop guy prowling around. honestly, thats not enough to cover everyehere. Most of the time when im coming home at night and I pass the office I see him sitting down watching TV, which is fine but again this place needs more then one person patrolling the grounds

Very displeased. Hate this place! Keep your receipts for all transactions that you do with the Office Staff! They will swindle you with their eyes wide open, and a smile on their face. The place IS filthy! Maintenance does a half-assed job on any requested repairs. They are trying to charge me for "renovations" that haven't been done on my unit. There are many dumpster divers here too! RUN AWAY! FAR AWAY!
