When I lived there in 1996 (April to December), things were good, clean, nice people, but then again it was relatively recently renovated... but however... I drove through recently (2004), and in those 9 years it appeared that things had gone down hill...

this property NEEDS to have the apartments themselves REMODLED !! BAD ! but that will NEVER happen
