I lived there for 2 years, huge mistake. My second set of neighbors were drug dealers, people coming and going all hours. Took 6 months of complaining and police before they left. Management is crap, repairs and maintanence... good luck! I lived there 2 years becuase work was close. Parking sucks bad too, don't plan on having room to even get in your space if your neighbors are there first! Also, this just happens to be the number 1 spot in the valley for where stolen cars end up.... Makes sense, so many people, aparently they get dropped there for a few days to make sure there is no lojack!
