I have had such a bad experiance with the appartment complex. I have had a leak in my appartment that they can't seem to find where it is coming from. Now my appartment smells bad, it's molding in the walls. I have had a puddle sitting in front of my appartment for about the same amount of time and it looks just Gross! Full of thick green alge. I wouldn't say they are the worst apartments, but deffinatly not the best

10-11-05 My god! I cant believe all the negative remarks about this place.. My wife and I went here to check out their floor plans and found an apartment we loved, we handed in our application over the weekend and just checked it out on apartmentratings.com I just called and canceled my application! The two things I did notice while checking them out were a lot of cars parked on the side streets, and an entire section of a community mail box left wide open. (probably 40 or so units worth) Thank You apartment ratings for saving us from a bad decision!!!!!
