This is not a bad place to live. Rent is not high at all, several of the amenities are not found in any other community, and the grounds and apartments are well kept. Jessica was not one of my favorite people in the staff, so I chose to deal with one of the other people there. They do have about 12 people that you can talk to in that office. The maintenance staff were always courteous, even if there is a language barrier. If you feel it is that important to get your point across, call Sergio, he can translate. That place is massive, there are going to be things going on, no matter what. Security was good, and the only reason the gates were broken was from residents not waiting for them to fully open beofre driving through (it makes them go off the track). The rapist was also at a number of complexes throughout the valley, and many detached homes too. The only time that I saw the grounds not in great condition were when a residents child would throw dish detergent, or some other mess into the fountains. Even then, they were cleaned up swiftly. Overall, I think that you people are expecting some upper crust living experience for pennies. What you got was a great place, and a nice environment, at a really good price. Be happy that you were even approved. From the grammatical errors in most of these reviews, I am sure that your applications into this "horrid" place were something to talk about as well.
