If you value your health, don't even think of renting here. Complex is contaminated with black mold. I am a disabled senior with respiratory disease. My apartment, as well as eighty others developed black mold due to disrepair. Had to dispose of my furniture, clothing and personal items. Had to move out immediately. Management/owners Archstone-Smith deny responsibility. Refuse to compensate for lost property and moving expenses.
