I live adjacent to this complex in Moon Valley...have sold my house and need a place to stay for about 6 months until I move out of state. Thanks to all the reviews, I WILL NOT be moving to PL! I know that the complex was recently purchased by Archstone/Smith - I used to work for a division of that company and they seemed to be on top of things. Maybe in a year or so it will be a better place to live, but not now. Again, thanks for all the comments...
