This place was great, than a new management came in 11/2005. 09/2005 I had just moved in and was very pleased, went to park and realized my truck did not fit, so i got my parking spot changed and the management kicked me out a week later for a lease was later signed to the parking spot. so no big deal, and then 11/2005 i paid rent in full and then some a week early and got an eviction notice, it took two monthes until the problem was completely resolved (thank god i had gotten a recepit). again in 02/2006 the management f**ked up again and tried evicting me again, but i had a recepit. 03/2006 maintance came to my apartment and said they needed to cut holes in the walls to look at pipes for there was a leak, never found the leak (holes would be repaired within the week) and to this day 08/2006 i still have 4 holes in my walls. 04/2006 my car's radio was stolen. 06/2006 my apartment was leased out, while i still lived there and lucky i was home when they tried coming in. 08/2006 my neighbors friend hit my car causing $1600 in damage and took off! guess who paid for that, me. this was the perfect place until the new management. everytime i walk in the office someone is complaining. i wish i had the $ to cancel my lease but as a full time student the budget is tight. it's not just the management but the people who they allow to move in too! never move into a section 8 housing; i wish the old management never left.
