We have lived here for 3 months and haven't had any major problems that haven't been fixed right away.
We sometimes hear noise from cars in the parking lots but it's not so often that we can't bear it.
The maintainance staff has been very helpful/prompt so there are no complaints there.
Besides our electirc being high ($180 for a 975 sq ft apt) there aren't any expenses that we didn't expect.
We feel safe going from car to apt.
