I have lived here for over 3 years. During that time I have had a leak in my bedroom that just does not get fixed. I do not know if it is because the maintenance is incompetent or the manager is too cheap to pay for repairs. They finally cut out a 6x4 whole in my ceiling to find mold, big surprise. Then they acted as if it was not big deal. They do not repair what is needed and will tell you want you want to hear to get you out of the office. This is a horrible complex and an awful place to have to call home.
