horrible experiences

I have lived at Paradise lakes for just over a year and I have had more problems here than any where else I have ever lived. We had a leak that the maintenance crew could not find. Then they found that it was underneath my dishwasher and instead of calling a plumber they tried to fix the leak themselves. They RENTED a jackhammer from Home Depot and proceeded to fix it themselves. They did not cover anything and concrete dust was all over everything. And as I came to find concrete dust is toxic. They then tried to get me to move back into the same unit with my children. After a week of fighting and threating them with my lawyer they gave in and gave us another unit. However as soon as the lease is up I'm leaving. The office staff will take no responsibility if anything goes wrong and the maintenance staff are as competent as baboons. They make look good from the outside but the headaches alone are not worth it. There are also a lot of less than desirable people living there. It might as well be a trailer park. Don't even bother with this place unless you have a good attorney.
