When I first moved to paradise lakes everything was really good , because they try to make the new tenants REALLY happy But after the second month they treat you like crap and are rude. The complex is VERY Dirty and people who do drugs live here. It s really not safe.. And all the appliances are old ,broken, and dangerous. There is a huge bug issue mosquito s are a huge problem since they always leave dirty water in there fountains and it smells too.. And the a/c are always leaking and things take weeks to get fixed if they ever get fixed. Leaks are VERY Common especially above the shower, even when the bubble above your shower pops filled with crap form the leak above you spills all over it will still take months to actually fix it so they will put a plastic bag over it with tape for a few months. And I know this because I use to work there.. Run, Run as far away from this place as you can its gorse.. And the new owners are worse its really fallen apart since they took over.. If you still decide to live her don t say I didn t tell you so Oh yeas and someone tried to break into my apartment and I told the front office and they didn t care they said don t tell us you should have called the cops to bad it happened while I was sleeping and I didn t know until the next morning

actually no rent doesnt raise becuz of stupid people. it raises becuz every freakin apartment raises their prices with the makret changes. why are people so stupid?!
