Major air-conditioning problems that go on and on and on. Major appliance problems. Parking issues. Plumbing issues. Trash everywhere. They charge every apartment $28/mo for water/trash pickup....whether you are single living alone or a family of six...YOU pay that $28/mo! No 24 hour service call available even though you are told there is a 24 hour emergency number. Security on premises after 9 p.m. BUT they are NOT allowed to enter your apartment! Screens are torn. Closets off tract and will not stay on tract. Several owners just in the last two years. Never return resident telephone calls. Nazism at its finest. Do not waste your time looking here. It looks like "paradise" when you first visit but "paradise" turns to "hell" in its truest form in a very short period of time.
