Keep looking! Paradise Lakes apts are below average. The grounds are generally nice, but tenant-damaged lights, worn out rec/play areas, green-flowing water fountains seemingly go unnoticed by the prop mgr, and NEVER get repaired or cleaned-up quickly. Too many people here have the trash dumpsters overflowing regularly; we have learned to live with the raw garbage. Like a ghetto, heavy trash, incl old furniture, sits arnd the parking lot for days or weeks as kids rip them apart. Apt repairs used to be timely, and done correctly. But, with the new prop owner, renter-requested repairs are now handled slowly --if at all. Scheduled work continues full-speed-ahead --incl new water pipes-- to upgrade the property to current building codes in preparation of selling the apartments soon as condos. Parking= one assigned covered space, then fight for your life.
