Don't do it !

If you're thinking of renting here, don't do it. The old bait 'n switch play is in full force here. They show you one apartment, tell you your's is just like it maybe a bit smaller or larger but you can't look at it because they're working on it. So you take their word for being honest with you and sign the papers. Then you find out, the place is much, much smaller, the rugs may have been washed before you moved in but two weeks into the apartment, the spots start appearing, big blobs and little black ones. The washer and dryer don't work or they're so dirty, you don't want to put your clothes into them. The wall sockets aren't put in properly so every time you try to insert an electrical item, it plug falls out. As for storage, don't count on it, no storage area for items not used every day, like Christmas trees, etc. There is a security patrol on the grounds, but don't call them if noise is or loud music is upstairs or next door. They'll come but won't come into your apartment t listen to what you're listening to, they're not allowed! They just write up the report and turn it into the office, but you'll never hear any more about it. Haven't been here quite one year, can't wait for the lease to be up, and already have so many complaints about the place. What was I thinking ' ' '
