I lived here from 2/06-10/06. I see nothing has changed. It was hell. The police were there constantly. It was dirty, noisy and infested with mosquitos from the green fountains. The maintenace was non-exsistant and I quickly learned to take care of what ever problems I could on my own. The parking beyond the assigned parking spaces was non-exsistant. There were weekly fights between residents over spaces and the police were frequently called in to mediate. Neighbors had restraining orders against one another. I could hear the closet doors, the toilet flush, the shower go on and sex from the upstairs apartment. Burbank Court was well known for all the problems. And the carpet' I cleaned it once a month myself. It was disgustingly filthy and thread bare by the time I left. They were supposed to be re-modeling when I left. I considered checking them out again to see if they were any better as I am moving again, but no way now! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Amen, to that. I only lived there for two weeks last August. The apartment next to me burned down (it was a meth lab). I couldn't take it and moved out quickly. Avoid this place at all costs!

It's hell. Bait & Switch. Noisy, not safe, don't answer your door type of place. Looks nice on the outside but don't believe what they show you. Rent goes up yearly way more than necessary. I will leave as soon as I am able.
