Paradise Lakes Apartments

NOT WORTH IT!!!! From: felicity12701 Date posted: 3/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have had issues with noisy neighbors since day one! Then, the fountain outside my window stopped working which made the noise from my below neighbors worse! I have called and email over 20 times, with no results. The staff seems nice and friendly, but are basically incompetent. The things that I asked to get repaired when I first moved in in Sept. of '07, are still not fixed and it's March '08! Every time I call the office about something, I get a different answer. I even went straight to the manager, she took down my number, and said she'd call me back that day. . . that was over a month ago. She said she wasn't aware that the fountain outside my window wasn't working, even though I called the office about it multiple times. They said they were sending my neighbors an eviction notice in Dec. . . three months later, they're still not gone. Now they have a baby that cries multiple times during the night, probably because they're banging things around at 2am, while people are trying to sleep. I'm so fed up that I'm using my tax return to hire a lawyer to get me out of this hell hole!!!
