Beautiful inside but very poorly made!

Its was so nice when i walked in!!ITs beautiful but.... everything is WRONG! THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONER ITS A SWAMP COOLER THAT DOES NOT WORK!!! The doors dont close right, the locks dont lock, the toliets dont flush all the way, and they dont like to fix anything. ITs too hot and they had to fire a bunch of staff because they are so lazy and do not like to help the residents which is a big thing to me.
And the managment charged more after the lease was already signed, oh they hold the right to do that and they are not afraid to use it.
