Well worth the money...Great place to live!

I'm coming up on the end of my year lease & have nothing bad to say about this place. I will not be renewing my lease because I'am moving out of state but just had to say what a great find Paradise Palms is. The units are HUGE & well worth the $. If you're in the units on the North side of Colter, as I am, you're billed a small fee for all utilities. That comes in handy in the summer when it's 110 degrees out. You can crank you AC down & only get charged $75.00 for electricity. The staff are very friendly & the complex is quiet & safe. There are families with kids here but they're well behaved. I would recommed Paradise Palms to anyone!
