I like this part of town and went readily looking for a place to live.
But the previous negative reviews only reinforced that this is one of those typical corporate owned apartment complexes that are only in it for the money and the tenant is just a warm body occupying what is essentaiily public storage for human beings.
Although I want to move from my current place I keep running up against this typical scenario and it only shows what a good dela that I have living where I am now...
Why can't more places be like the one I live at now' Dunno'

come to squaw peak apartments, you'll love em, I moved here three years ago after I signed a years lease with Paradise Palms and they cut my lease short by nearly 6 months cause they decided to redo the apartments, I LOVED my apartment there but not for the price or the parking hassle and lack of management. Come to a place where they know your name, they care about you and is a nice quiet community, I signed a new lease this year and when I did they gave me 1 1/2 months free rent and LOWERED my rent! Nice incentive to not move, not that I was going to either. I pay less now per month than I did three years ago when I first moved in.
p.s. the area is better too and there's a park across the street for my dog!
