I also lived at paradise palms for 2 yrs refused to renew my lease once lucy took over. gave a 30 day notice and everything had my new place lined up and because of the reference she gave the new apts we were rejected so on the day im moving out had the moving van loaded and no place to go. im a single mom of 4 kids so i had to split my children up and put my stuff in storage and live in a motel for a week until i found a place that would not need a reference from the previous landlord it cost me 3100.00 to move into a new place not to mention what i paid to stay in a hotel for a week, storage for a month, rental truck not once but twice and the seperation from my kids. plus i missed work so i could find a new home. now she wants to sue me for 3000.00. if you are a resident or a past resident we need to unite and fight the beast at paradise palms apts show her she cant get away with this. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
