I lived at Paradise Palms for a year. Lucy the manager got disturbed cause i would not renew my lease. She had me put before my section 8 lease was up, collected my mony from section 8 for the month of May, I was not living on premises at the time cause I was told by Lucy to be out by Apr 30. But according to my Lease thru her and section 8 me and my two grandchildren had to live frm house to house. My children were late to school due to us staying away from home. I lost out on money cause I had to put my things in storage rent a u-haul. Just spending money at a un-necessary time when me and my grandchildren could have used our fixed income budget conveniently rather than inconveniently. Me and my children have been homeless for over a month and I'm having beg peter to pay paul just until my new residence is ready. Do not rent from these apts unless they had had a property management change. We as a community need to get together to fight these slum lords who calls themselves proffesionals. LUCY IS BAD NEWS!
