From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I've rented at different places for many years, including several places in Phoenix, and I have to say this complex is not bad. It's certainly not a "luxury" apartment, but if that's what you're looking for, it's obviously not fancy, so you won't look here anyway. It's just an average apartment complex. But it's well maintained, and the management and maintenance staff are friendly, and they've been around for a while now. Generally, though, I try to stay out of management's way -- wherever I live. I find it's best to keep interaction with any landlord and property manager to a minimum. I've never had roaches or bug problems, and I feel safe. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants, and it's not too far from state route 51. And Starbucks is nearby -- a must for me. I stay because it's fine, and when I've thought about leaving, I've been so disappointed with what is out there, that I can't find anything better within the price range.
