The first night I moved in I was shocked by the amount of noise that was eminating from above me and to the side of me. I could hear the conversations, music, TV of those fellow Tenants living beside me, as far as the person living above me I could hear every footstep.I am assuming there is no insulation on common walls and floors.
I moved in in July and my electric bill was over $250.00, grounds are filled with dog fieces and the water is constantly being turned off to repair the cheap plastic pipes in the walls. There are no patios so the breezeways are littered with cigarette butts from people smoking in the common areas. I have recently moved at the end of my 12 month lease and am very happy at my new Apartment Complex.
