I moved in here a few months ago, and I have to say, it is a great place to live. I haven't had any problems really so far. It was nice to have new carpet when I moved in. The staff are really friendly. It took them a while to get some repairs done, but they did eventually get them done. They really are on the side of the tenants to help you if there's ever a problem.

I DO wish they offered online rent- payment so that I do not have to keep writing out stupid checks or having my bank send them to the office. I mean, it's 2008!

Anyway, definitely give this place a look. I looked at one complex a block north (off Thunderbird and 40th), and it was so much more inferior. I literally could not believe what I saw, and I got this wonderful place for just a little more, and it comes with nice appliances, an OK kitchen, and a nice living space.

I do wish they would update the appliances, but hey, everything works.

As one of the lucky few who live on the third floor, I absolutely concur with the others on here about the high electric bill. It's a trade off, though, because I hear pretty much no noise from other tenants. It is a little noisy bc you can hear the AC units going on and off.

Also, the car wash is directly behind us, so sometimes you can hear them during the day if you have your windows open. It's not that horrible though, and honestly, this place is so convenient to my work and everything I need is in walking distance.
