Still a great place to call home

I have been a happy resident here for several years. I have recently been approved to transfer to a different unit as of 7/1/09 as part of my lease renewal for this year. It is partly to escape my neighbor, the crazy resident that wrote the previous review of this property. I though she was bipolar since several residents and I have been involved in more than a few altercations with her, but I have recently discovered that she openly admits to being schizophrenic, so I assume that's her problem. She tried to frame me by dumping one of my bags out into the breezeway for the maintenance person to find and report to management, complains that I bump my car doors into her car whenI don't even park next to her, and she's a raving lunatic if you park in her spot for 10 minutes. Other than "psycho-lady", I love living here. Management is understanding and helpful, maintenance is usually on top of things, and I really enjoy the area. It's a great school district for my daughter, it's close to everything, friendly and helpful staff, accomodating as possible, and pretty grounds.

It is partly to my own life style habits. I like to leave trash outside my door to stink up the building I'm in. I've had more than a few altercations with management and several of my neighbors but I have recently discovered it's more fun to say my neighbor is bipolar or schizophrenic than to take responsibility for my own actions. I've only put three door dings on her car door. Yes, I do park next to her (I know I lied and said I didn't)I also park as close as I can to her car. I love messing with people! Other than "psycho-lady"(and you would be too, if you had me as your neighbor):), I love living here. I can only hope I can be "your" neighbor someday. Management is understanding and helpful, maintenance is usually on top of things, and I really enjoy the area. It's a great school district for my daughter, it's close to everything, friendly and helpful staff, accomodating as possible, and pretty grounds.
