I also worked at Park Lee for the original owners for almost 5 years. It was a wonderful place to live & work. When Jerry died the property was sold to Community Services of Arizona who proceeded to run the place into the ground in record time with millions of taxpayers dollars. I also drove thru there not long ago & was horrified at what I saw. Out of 523 units maybe 100 occupied. A/C units missing in almost every building, fire gutted parking stalls, the landscaping is a joke. All the long time residents that were driven out when CSA took ownership should thank they're lucky stars they got out before security was let go & the criminals took over. It's really sad to look at the property now & see how it is when you know how it once was.
