Location, location, location! Unfortunately, being in Paradise Valley, it seems that they are in the West Side of Town. The parking and grounds are dirty, not counting the pool, which always seems to be green, and one of the SPAs is usually out of order for repairs. Phsycos live there who harrass residents, without getting effective support, not counting with roach infestation, which you mainly have to deal with it. In a perfect world, the complex would be a great place to live if they started to paint the building, keeping the entrances real clean, all the community areas lighted at night, and with permanent security from sunset to sunrise. I also think that it is very important in a community to make sure that the neighbors know each other, and are there for each other, instead of harrassing each other, or hiding from you when you come out of your apartment, and giving you this dirty look as if you were a criminal, without even saying hi nicely.It is also weired that specials are only good for new residents. For your sake watch out for this place, and avoid it inspite of the great location.
