Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
I have been at Park Royal for 3 years now. For the first two of these, the property was managed by the owner or an on-site manager. This last season, however, he sold the place to someone who uses CAM Management to run the complex. This has been a nightmare for tenants. The staff is impossible to get in touch with and once you do finally get someone, they are less than helpful. There are only 2 dryers in the complex and 1 has been in disrepare on and off for the past 4 months. On average, it takes about a month for any issues (leaks, broken fixtures, etc.) to get repaired. Likewise, for the first time in these 3 years, the lawn is completely brown. Their landscaping is erratic at best.
To illustrate how bad it has become, 6 of the 26 apartments are currently vacant. In the prior two years, a maximum of 1 went unrented at any given time. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
