When we completed our paper work they were supposed to call us and let us know that we have been approved or denied.

They never did.

We had to call them.

Then when we went in to sign our paper work there systems were down.

We were told that when there system came back up they would print out the paper work so that just in case this happened again they would have everything ready for us next time we went in.

So when we went back in once again there systems where down and guess what they never printed out our paper work.

They left us sitting out in the lobby area and didn't even bother to tell us.

We had already put down our holding deposit and they refused to give it back even though none of this was our issue.

We had to move and they didn't care.

I would not recommend anyone to even walking into there office unless you like to be ignored and mistreated.
