I've been living at parkwood for two years now and so far the community is really good and the office people are fantastic it's comfortable I really like that parking is great here I like that I never seem to have problems with my neighbors But let me tell you the down side to it as well Maintenace they don't know how to do there jobs it's not that they suck they just take better care of people moving in over the exisiting residents they dont think an emergency is an emergency and they have let there tools in the apartment I had the old maintance supervisor come in and fix my toilet he left it a mess and tools everywhere I still can't get it up BUT I can let you rest at ease the supervisor no longer works here and things seem to be getting much better so I would refer someone to live at this property
