Retarted ass Management Company From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   you do not want to live here....put it this way, i had a 3 month lease that ended on 8-31-04 and i gave a 30 day notice on the 1st of august. i paid my rent and moved out on the 21st instead of the 31st....well guess what, i have 2,210.00 in charges for suposedly breaking my lease and not fufilling my 30day notice...but i had already paid them for that final month....it just goes to show that the management are some big dumb asses who don't know how to do their jobs...oh yeah, can't forget about the mexican girls that worked in there....they were ------- all of the mexican male residents while on duty, the ac/heat never worked, they never fixed work orders so needless to say, i filed a lawsuite.....if this is the kind of place you want to live, make sure you have an attorney on speed dial, because you're gonna need one!!!!!
