My husband and I moved here in December. the leasing manager let us move in on the 31st of November and my husband specifically asked her 3 times exactally how much we needed she said the move-in fee. he gave it to her and we checked the apt. There were roches everywhere. we bomed the apt and still end up moving in on the 1st. on the 7th of dec they served us with an eviction notice for 65.00 for moving in a day early. my husband contacted the property manager and went of on the leasing manager. We didn't have to pay it but in Jan they charged us a 25.00 late fee for not paying on the 1st knowing the office was closed. The maintence CANNOT speak any english and next door to us there are 7 -------- in a very small 1 bedrm. So we are movinging ASAP. Tired of them. Oh yeah did I mention there is only one other family of color here and believe me we stand out. Someone broke my back window to our car only being here less than a month. DON'T do it. And hope you like loud mexican music every sat and sun.
