The complex has been floded several times not by water mind you but with raw sewage, litterally 6 inches of black water and human fecal matter in the entire apartment bathroom, living room, kitchen the whole shabang and it happens often do to a failure to properly fix the sewage system instead it is just bandaged. Hookers live and work on site, as do drug dealers; personally i have seen a guy get the back of his head blown off in the east building he hung precariousley over the railing of the second floor for about an hour while the cops did there thing. Yeah there are roches and ants and yeah the water on one side is always cold while the other side only gets hot and no they dont replace the carpet after the sewage floods they just suck it out and spray it with pine stuff. But common people to get this kind of service you wopuld have to go to a third world country paseo del sol brings it to you at no additional charge, so show a little gratitude, after all this place is very earth friendly they water every day all the time even if it's pouring out side

Where to start? Bedbug infestation in most units, hookers and drug dealers in plain sight nothing gets fixed right. And maintenence just patch things up hoping it will fix the problem. And the nerve of them to raise the rent fir this crap I'm out as soon as my lease is up
