Paseo Verde Apartments

Hmm.... Not much to say that's edifying. From: andelagdn@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived here for almost a year. I was excited when I first moved in. The management and maintenance crew. At that time were wonderful. Yet here these days. My perspective on the rental facility. Is nothing to sneeze at. Debra and Audi lack the profession. As well as expertise. To even be in a managerial position. They are two faced,untrustworthy individuals. Whom I try to avoid. They don't fix anything in a timely manner. Yet when the first rolls around. They are quick to put notices on your door. Or have the audacity to have their hands out. They consume alot of time on personal calls. Instead of tending to the needs of "us"the tenants. If they don't favor you. Like they did my ex neighbor. As well as myself. They will slander your name. And put anything personal about you out to the neighbors. That isn't cool. They are here to be professionals. Also last summer I went 17 days without air. This year I am not having that. The laundry facility is a joke. It is often untidy. The water temperature sucks. And you have to worry about your clothes being stolen from other tenants. Currently there is a bad pest situation. That they have chosen to overlook. Based on not wanting to spend the money! If the health dept. got wind of this autrosity. They be in serious trouble. There is a lady whom had dust mites. That has spread from one unit to the next. In which this person has pictures as proof. To use in court once her lease is up.She was advised not to persue legal matters. While she still remains a tenant. Due to the possibility of retaliation from the rental management. That's pretty sad. If you ask me. I am not going to lie. So if you find this offensive. I don't know what to tell you. Yet I don't recommend you move here. No matter the price. And their false advertisements. I'd rethink this twice.
