I currently live at the Pavilions and agree with everything said here. First of all, the management was super nice to us when we moved in....and ever since then we've had nothing but problems. One of my roommates had a package sent home because the number on the box was off by 1 number...yet we receive mail for other people all the time (and she has a unique name that anyone working in our mailroom should recognize instantly--is it really that hard to look up the apt number'')
Second, the parking here is awful. With 3 roommates and 1 garage, 2 of us have to fend for parking a majority of the year. When we moved in Lisa & co. told us "No, parking is never a problem here". Now I don't want to leave past 6pm because I am afraid I won't get a spot when I return! People who park on the street have had their cars stolen and various other horrible things happen.
Third the paint here is atrocious. There are marks all over our walls for no reason. Bump into the wall on accident' Better watch out, it will leave a big mark! They do give you touch up paint but it is just ridiculous how cheap this paint is.
In short, there is so much real estate in Phx that you don't need to put up with this crap. Go elsewhere and get way more for your money. I wish I did and now I have to wait 9 more months till that will happen. (oh yeah and did I mention the homeless guy who was sleeping in the workout room who chased my friend when she woke him up at 5am') BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

First, why does the incompetence of the postal service have anything to do with this apartment complex? It doesn't, this problem should not be a factor in deciding whether to live here. Second, in regards to parking, perhaps if you had fewer vehicles, this would not be a problem. It sounds to me like you have too many individuals living in one apartment. You are living in an apartment complex; one designed for families. You are not living in a dormitory. |

he didnt say there was a problem with the postal service, it had to do with the apartment number on the box not being a little off and you returning it to sender... and as far as this being a "family" place, i have only seen 2 or 3 families living here out of the many apartments. |
