When I first went in to the complex to view an apartment, I was very impressed with both the model apartment and the office staff. They told me that parking was never a problem, and they would be there for my every need. The complex is beautiful inside and the rent was affordable, so I signed a 12 month lease. Well, as I soon found out, everything they had told me was absolutely false. People in the complex literally fight over parking and the management is rude and condescending. They sent me a threatening letter telling me to take the flag off of my balcony, but I don't have a flag on my balcony. They didn't even bother to confirm the apartment # before threatening a resident. When I moved out, they tried to get as much money out of me as possible. Overall, I would recommend that people avoid this apartment complex at ALL costs.
