At one time the pavilions was a great place to live. I have lived here for several years. Only reason why I have stayed is because I am havig a loft built. Lisa the first manager was great. The rest have been board line white trash. The residents living here have defintly changed also. There are a lot of crappy cars and the property has fallen by the waste side. I feel for the money we pay, the property should be kept up. I think the current maanger is way to young and in experienced. She defintely is not college educated. She has trouble handling herself with residents that are out of her league. I would not recommend living here. unless it changes

You seem to have social problems. I am offended by your racial slur towards the management of this complex. They do not deserve that type of respect. Perhaps that was the source of your frustration with them. Also, your derogatory feelings neighbors based on the type of cars they drive has no place in your review. In which category (Parking, Maintenance, Construction, etc.) was it a factor that your neighbor drove a Kia rather than a Mercedes Benz? Further, do you really feel a college education makes someone a superior human being? Do you even really know that she doesn't? Having prejudice feelings against her, too, does not belong in this review. Really! Perhaps you just aren't ready for urban living until you learn a little tolerance. All or these prejudice feelings you've shared with us are getting in the way of an honest review. For this reason, it should not be considered, and should even be removed.
