The Most Unorganized Apartment Complex.......

The management staff at the Pavilions on Central has changed 3 or 4 times in the last 18 months that I have lived there. Anytime you have a service issue, you have to call and follow up 3 or 4 times to get a simple service request completed. The leasing agents at the complex act as if they don't have time to help you. It is as if they are only concerned with getting you in your apartment. Additionally, the mainenance staff is unprofessional, untimely and disrespectful of your personal belongings. Over the last 18 months the tenants have become less and less desireable.
