I read the other opinion posted in 2003. I am guessing that an employee wrote that. I have not met one person who is that enthusiastic about this place. I wonder if he/she got a bonus for that commentary.

The Pavilions on Central is a noisy complex. People are out at the pool every weekend at all hours and the noise travels to distant apartments. Numerous complaints to management were of little help.

The gym on the facilities needs some work. They have 4 cardiovascular machines for over a hundred apartments. The had one execrise bike that remained out of order for the first three months we were there. The treadmills were worn out (lound banging noise when you ran). I had to join a health club just to be able to use exercise equipment.

I also had problems with parking. Someone is almost always in your spot. You have to call a parking service to have them ticketed. The parking service usually takes at least 30 minutes to get there and by that time the car in your spot is gone.

Be careful if you need to break your lease. The lease requires you to pay stiff fees ($1000's of dollars). I recommend consulting a lawyer before you sign.

There is also a lot of dog feces in the grassy areas. Everyone walks there dog there but no one from the maintenance staff seems to pick it up. It can create quite a stench in the hot sun.

Also, the cops have vistited apartments close to mine on at least three seperate occasions.

On a good note, the apartments are clean on the inside.

Although I agree that those that have nothing to complain about don't have the same motivation to visit and contribute to this forum, do not assume that anyone that writes a good review is an employee of the complex. Concurrently, it would be unfair to assume that your review is completely false with the belief that you had an unrelated personal grudge against someone in the office, the management, or the company.
