I currently live at the Pavilions on Central. My experience with the leasing office staff has been superior. I feel they go way above and beyond to bring a feeling of community to the property by having holiday parties, ice cream socials, live piano music in the club house, to mention just a few of the ways they go out of their way.
My apartment itself is beautiful. I have never had a need to call maintenece in the 6 months so far that I have lived here. I did request landscaping service on the bushes on my enclosed patio and the job was done as soon as I asked.
In my apartment you can hear a pin drop 24 hours a day seven days a week. I have never heard as much as a footstep of a neighbor upstairs, or on either side.
I can afford my rent and feel I am getting what I pay for. I do hope when it is time to renew my lease that any increase will not put The Pavilions out of my price range. I would love to live here forever!
