The managers are idiots. The parking is a nightmare.

Don't expect to have guests over past 10pm. They will get booted, paying an upwards of 90 dollars.
And don't have them park outside either. Cars get broken into, and it is definately a safety issue if you have to walk to your apartment at night.
The management will have nothing to do with parking company. Even representatives who come out to the apartments will not about parking issues. They just hand you a number to a call center that is unknowledgable and unhelpful.
The management are all women with bleach blonde hair who stare at you behind their caked on eyeshadow like they've had a lobotomy when you bring up any issues you may have. They were obviously not hired for any mental activity whatsoever.

'first of all,' you are an onsite manager, so everything you say is biased, and you are only trying to cover up any complaint in order to save the image of who supplies your income. so that is one reason you shouldn't be listened to. second of all, the complaint was mainly about the fact that yes, i believe you and your management team are not up to par. i beleive you are unintelligent. and i believe you are unhelpful. i am not being sexist by pointing out the humor in the fact that you automatons also LOOK stupid. who is being sexist is the people who hired you. its obvious by viewing your team and how your team works that you are merely decorative items for the complex. and for you to call someone who says you look/act stupid sexist merely because they made fun of your fake hair/face and the fact that you cant handle the job (the majority of the complaints on this forum are about the management, after all) is funny because you are the one who put yourself in that sexist position. the reason why i didnt mention the fact that i can call the company and let them know i have a guest over is because that is not common information. that is not on the lease. i can see why not. if everyone knew that, there would be nowhere for even the residents to park. but thanks, ill definately use that information now, and ill be sure to tell everyone i talk to about it. and of course the parkind center is helpful to you. you are the manager. and im glad you like the parking rule. you like it because you belong to the management team. and to say 'it keeps people out of the lot that do not belong' shows that you are the superficial one. not to mention elitist, pretending that what you know and the benefits that you receive is common information. in short, your mother is a failed hooker. :D |

02/05/06 First of all, your sexist remarks are very uncalled for. Your own 'mental activity' must be doubtful if you are to believe that superficial appearance or gender has anything to do with ability or intelligence. But even if we put your dimwitted remarks aside, what is the point of your 'complaint'? All you complain about is _the way they look at you_ when you bring up any issues. If this is all you have to complain about, that makes your comments even more ridiculous. Perhaps everything you utter is just as ridiculous, and that is the reason for their alleged 'stare.' Next, I find there is absolutely no reason to worry about having guests after 10pm. You are correct that cars without proper decals may get booted if they stay past that time. But, that is the rule, something that is stated on the lease. HOWEVER, you did not mention the fact that you can simply call the parking company, let them know you have a guest, tell them the plate number of their car, and spend the night not worrying about it. I have done this several times without any problems. The people I have spoken with at the parking center are very helpful. I like having this parking rule. It keeps people out of the lot that do not belong. 02/07/06 When did I say that I am a manager? I am not. How did you come to that false conclusion? I am a resident. I do not work for nor have any involvement with the management of the Pavilions on Central or the ownership company. Perhaps I should have put that disclaimer on my post since you, for some reason, assumed the opposite. Still, you are complaining about the way the people in the office look. If you want to complain about the management, tell everyone who reads this review what the actual problem is as far as 'management' is concerned, if there even is one. Keep your comments within the scope of reviewing an apartment complex. Proclaiming how shallow you are by judging and criticizing people, simply on their appearance, should have no impact in this review. If your only problem is with their physical appearance, your review is even more pointless then I previously thought. Your 'review' is not helpful. You should make an effort to change it, rather than make false accusations and slur both the office staff and myself. Criticism should be both helpful and constructive. Your tactless remarks about the office staff are neither. I am glad I could help you get past your parking problem. If whomever you signed your lease with did not explain that do you, then yes, you finally do have a grievance that is worthy of mention. However, does this grievance alone warrant low ratings for maintenance, construction, or noise, and is this so egregious an offence to give such a low overall rating? Constructively explain why, and your review will become much more helpful to others. |

I love reading these! Gershwin_27, you sound like you took Tauni's remarks personally. Which is a clear indicator that you are either part of the management team or VERY close friends with them. Either way, your comments mean absolutely nothing.
