I for the most part never had any problems with the staff. Except for Angela she was always incredibly rude to my roommates and I. She was the lady who set us up with our apartment, she was not terrible then the only problems was she kept making us come back for one thing after another, all of which could have been done in one step. So we complained and began working with another lady. From them on Angela was always outrageously rude to us and we were their 17 months.
Parking is miserable, esp when you work a later shift and do not get from work until past Midnight, you know that you are going to park at least a 1/4 mile from you apt on the streets. Also my car was broken into one night, inside the gates. The parking police are mean and do not even check the cars to see if they have a parking permit. Walking past 20 cars parked in space that they are not intitled to sucks. Plus the gating system is a joke the gate code is 1234 and all the walk through gates and easily opened with a credit card, some of which do not ever latch.
The grounds were always well kept. and all the maintence crew were nice and did a good job. All of the applicances were really nice and worked well. my microwave failed, and they just came and swapped it out. In a responce to they guy posting about the appliances sucking. My washer and dryer always worked fine. Dishwashers are only meant to sanitize. The fridge in the models didnt have a water spicket, do not complain about something that was never promised. the garabage disposal was very loud and would shake stuff off the counter.
The apartments are really quick esp at night. there was only maybe 2 or 3 nights that i even heard things going on in neighboring apartments, which is not a big deal because i know i had some late night gatherings.
Wash your hands before entering an apartment, for touching walls in the apartment with will dirt marks. and my vaccum cleaner would suck up and unwind the carpeting. Sure upon move out they replace paint and carpeting, but it is an eyesore while you are there. I went into the front office just before leaving to verify that i did not have to have the carpets shampooed and what not, once again angela came into the picture and said that there would be charges for stains so have it shampooed. So, I lined up a guy to come and do it. he fell through and it was to late to find someone else to do it. and i was not charged to have the carpets cleaned after move out. i would have wasted a couple hundred dollars simply because Angela lies, do not trust her. wait for someone else to get back to the office.
All in all not bad place. I feel worth the money. just do not let angela help you.

Angela has always been very nice to me. The person who wrote this must be someone who left their apartment dirty when they moved out and got mad because they were charged for their damages. I have lived on the property for 2 years and anytime I had a problem Angela was very helpful and quick with a response. I love living at Pavilions on Central and would recomend it to anyone looking for an apartment

No, actually my cleaning bill was around $100, angela is just not a nice lady. Plus how are you going to act like if you are resident when you have your users name was the apartment name? Smells like management to me. |

that's funny! apparently "pavilionsoncentral" user did not think it through very well considering their user name is right there for all to see. You're right. Smells like management! :) I needed that laugh today
