Simply a nightmare. Our first apartment at this property flooded and the management appeared quite surprised. We later discovered that that had happened the previous summer. Watch out for Apartment 1096! We were moved to another apartment that had even worse parking than the first, if you can imagine any worse parking at this location. Finally, the management was unbearable to deal with, severly unprofessional, and had a fundamental misunderstanding of the laws of Arizona, including, but not limited to, their rights as landlord. Given enough time, the staff at POC will surely disrespect and disregard you as a tenant. P.S. The maintenance service was adequate but Angela in the office is intolerably rude.
