I have had nothing but good experiences at the Pavilions ... until one of their employed maintenance people abused their permission-to-enter. I requested routine maintenance work, which was completed, but a receipt for the job was not left in my apartment and $600 in cash turned up missing upon my return. The office has no record of who was in my apartment because a receipt was not created, claiming that I "have not looked hard enough" for the money and "had my air filter changed by someone not employed by them." (Must have been the air filter fairy...!) Although I think the Pavilions is a pleasant place to live, I believe the staff cannot be trusted and there is a thief among them, so be careful.

My boyfriend and I are moving to Phoenix from Atlanta. After reading the reviews on this place, it is OFF our list. One major fact would be that gershwin_27 replies to almost EVERY negative post, which makes it obvious that the person is a member of management. Said person's responses to all reviews were laughable, at best. THANKS!

Anonymous,
I am not a member of the management. I am simply a person who lives in the community and cares about the place where I live.
But just as a favor to you, I will try to keep my future responses to a minimum... how's that?
