I moved into Pavilions on Central in Summer 2004- we had a 2 bedroom townhome with a 2 car garage. It was the best- no one upstairs or below us. We loved the apt but wanted to buy a house. We stayed for about 10 months, then built and moved into a house. We later realized that the house was too far out and the drive was killing us. And we had gained a lot of equity so we sold our house and went back to Pavilions because it had been good before. The second time we got a 1 bd because we wanted to save money and we rented a second garage for parking/storage for $100. I recommend this if you have 2 cars. We just moved out after a year to buy a condo. Overall, I would recommend this property, its not too big, good location & has a modern style.
