I have lived at Pavilions on Central since February. When we moved in the carpet had spots that eventually came out from a bad shampooing and were horrible. I had to pay to get the carpets cleaned myself as the complex woudln't foot the bill. Some of the office staff is irritating and has made rude comments, but they try to be really upscale and hip.

I do like my apartment, the gym and pool are great and the location is amazing. Construction isn't a problem if you know the side streets.
